Cons: Simple breakfast for 5 EUR. A/C not working in the room (could use some maintenance).

Glad I came back!

Pros: I loved coming back here. I was here 8 years ago and it was the most memorable plave I stayed because their hospitality is amazing. We got an upgrade and the room has a mini patio which was great! The shower is amazing as is the size of the room. I also like that they look after our keys when we leave so we didn't have to drag them around Rome. Great local restraunts around and can walk to everything if you cant figure out the tram system. Metro nearby although closed when we stayed.

Pros: The hotel and room was clean and looked good. The staff were very helpful and told us the best ways of transport and where to go.

Cons: Location is okay but still a few metro stops away from the centre, also they didnt have an iron when we asked. Apart from that was a brilliant stay!

Pros: The people there are very nice. The location is good for getting the buses, there are a few shops and restaurants around. 3rd time l have stayed here. Accessible room.was nice.

Cons: One of our rooms tended to be too hot. And we had to sleep with the balcony door open.

Pros: The hotel has a great location and very kind employees. It is very close to the tram also you can walk to the metro in 10 minutes. If you want to find potable water, you can reach it on foot in just 2 minutes. If Its your first trip to Rome, they can explain to you some great places on the map.

Cons: You are required to provide room keys each time before leaving the hotel. You cannot leave the hotel with your key even for just walking the street.

Highly overpriced for what it is

Pros: There was one staff member that was very pleasant. The room was clean.

Cons: Neighborhood was sketchy. Room that we stayed in was right off of the train tracks so it was noisy. The doors to our balcony didnt properly close or lock, resulting in them blowing open constantly. The breakfast was HORRIBLE the worst we had in Italy. Our sink wouldnt drain. Not particularly close to the train station or a metro stop, although it looks like it on a map. It was WAY overpriced for what we got. We paid 1/3 of what we paid at Donatello for exceptional rooms in other cities in Italy with full beautiful breakfasts included, in prime locations, etc.

Clean, quiet, authentic, convenient, friendly, helpful

Pros: Staff are friendly and welcoming. They were informative and helpful. Rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. Toilet, bathroom are independent from each other and clean. Hotel was in a good location to reach the historical places and attrations by using metro. Hotel has a cute garden to have your breakfast and the rooms are also authentic which makes you feel you are residing in a old time Rome apartments

Cons: Where do I start... 1. I was stuck in front of the blocked door in rain with 2 kids before we finally got into this structure. 2. There is no cold water, literaly you are taking a shower with boiling water, there is not cold water to make it lukewarm. My daughter got almost burned. 3. There is no way to contact owners because they respond only until 18 4. We are lacking a pillow on the bed so my wife is sleeping without it. Told them, no response... 5. There is an automatic light that lights out the entire room any time someone goes through the hallway. Impossible to rest... 6. Internet is not working 7. Towells are dirty and room unclean with some unfinished structure above the master bed. 8. The toilet flushing sistem is broken so the water is going all the time, very loudly. 9. And worst of all, the room has no window. It is like a bunker. 10. Beds are super uncomfortable, cheap ikea foldable beds. Places like this should be closed for bussines until they get it right and certainly not allowed to charge 170 euros per night. Horrible experience.
