Pros: Terrible service. I paid online, they took my money, but didn't let me check in the room I paid for. After I requested to give me a refund, the manager refused to do so in a very rude manner. Stay away from this horrible hotel that stealing your money and not providing any service, even a room to sleep in.

Cons: Absolutely terrible place!!! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as soon as I get back to New York, because they refused to give me a refund for their unused room.

Pros: I liked the location, a couple of minutes away from the metro, nice area. Some of the personnel was very nice.

Cons: The hotel was in renovation, a real construction site with fresh paint everywhere, building materials and debris. The reception was very dark and dirty. There was a strong smell of mold even from the reception area. The elevator was very small and didn't work very well, not recommended for the claustrophobics. The room was old with paint peeling off the walls, the furniture was poorly maintained. The main negative point was the window that didn't close. After making a first complaint, the solution was putting a towel to seal the window.. outside was heavy wind and raining. The heating wasn't working, and the radiator looked like one from the XIX century. There was no remote control to the TV, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The bathroom was newly renovated, but the water from the shower cabin was leaking everywhere, even in the room if you let the shower run for a long time.

I traveled with my family, 3 adults and 2 children. when we arrived and asked the room, we were treated very badly by an Arab. he said that he won't give us the room until we pay 200 euros for the 5-year-old child who was sleeping in the bed with us!! The room was paid in full in advance!! and on the booking they specified that any child is welcome and they are considered 11 years old and therefore charged as adults. until we paid for the first night's accommodation for the child, he refused to give us the key to the room, even to carry our luggage. besides all these unpleasant things the hotel is something indescribable !! is in full renovation process - more renovation attempt!! paint fallen everywhere, bad smell, bags of materials in the hallways!! it is impossible to get to the room without getting dirty on your clothes!! it is both the fault of the hotel and the booking platform that they do not warn their customers that this property is being renovated with people staying there!!!! it is not normal !!! I, who suffer from asthma, if I had known this for sure I would not have booked this location!!! extremely small room without a window that can be opened to breathe fresh air!!! there are no sockets in the rooms!!! broken walls, very old and unclean floor!!! and in addition to all these inconveniences, the hotel is also full of bedbugs!!!! we were bitten by the bed bugs found in the bedding!!!! nothing corresponds to the description on the booking and nothing works normally in this hotel!!!!!!!! he should be closed the way he treats his guests !!!!! during the 5 days, almost as long as I stayed there, I requested to speak with a superior, a director and all I was told was to send an email, that's the only way to get in touch with the owner, who anyway didn't bother to answer! Pros: Locations was ok. but still needed to walk a lot sometimes 1+ hour. Breakfast not too bad. Clean ok. They at least had free sample soap and body wash. We didnt really like anything else. Same with the enjoyment.

Cons: Small was room, not air conditions just small fan. Plugs/socket was falling out or wasnt working. Windows was dirty outside. Tv not working.
