Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is location. However there are much nicer properties in the same price range with similar central location

Cons: Our room was INFESTED with FLEAS, we couldn't sleep the first night itching and scratching. We had numerous bite marks and managed to catch kill and take pics of the tiny bugs. The hotel moved us to another room the next day but refused to offer a discount or any sort of financial compensation. The staff is nice, breakfast is good, but towels are stained, rooms are tiny, furniture is extremely old. But being infested with bugs was really the biggest problem.

Pros: Very friendly, supportive and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good, and the location fantastic, station is in walking distance (about 20 min). Overall, I definitely will book this hotel again when I return to Venice.

Pros: A lovely, air-conditioned hotel in a beautiful part of Venice. Close to the Rialto Bridge. My partner and I enjoyed a very comfortable double room there with ensuite bathroom. Great to have a bar fridge as well. Fantastic staff. Thank you to the highly professional concierge.

Cons: Like most hotels in Venice, the bathrooms are a little tight but nonetheless very clean and manageable.

Excellent staff clean hotel in a great location

Pros: This hotel looks nothing from the outside but its a little gem. The location is excellent as it is a short walk from the Rialto dock to the hotel on arrival. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for Venice - we had twin rooms a big wardrobe with full length mirror inside. Plenty of sockets for charging your phone and for my straighteners, 2 chairs, bedside tables and still room to move around. The bedding was a nice crisp white cotton sheets and plump pillows. Slept well as it was also nice and quiet and there were blackout curtains. The bathroom was small but well equipped. We particularly liked the fact it had a large waterfall shower head but also a smaller shower head which was handy for a quick body shower when you dont want to wash your hair. They provided shower gel, shower caps, soap and body lotion. A really nice touch was the mosquito repellant plug In provided free of charge. We met some people with bites but we didnt get any. Breakfast was fresh and tasty - surprised they had hot food due to the size of the hotel but they had boiled eggs scrambled, delicious warm soft fluffy pancakes and other hot food (sausages hash browns) as well as lots of pastries cakes fruit yoghurt cold meats and cheeses etc. We had an early return flight but the hotel staff told us to help ourselves to some breakfast items to take with us even though breakfast didnt start til 730am and we were leaving at 7am. Very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was superb as it was a short walk to the main square at San Marco and the shops nearby were fantastic - keep room in your case! There were also great little restaurants on the doorstep which was handy as we arrived lunchtime and did not have far to go to get some food before exploring. If I visited Venice again I would stay here again. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Excellent location, nice spacious room.

Pros: The location was amazing. Close to everything. Just a few minutes to Rialto Bridge, and a few minutes the other way to San Marco. A lively street with lots of shops, restaurants, and gelateria. Breakfast options were great. The room was plenty big enough and comfortable.

Cons: No elevator. Which is fine and as to be expected, just difficult for someone with a mobility issue.
