Pros: The room was very quiet despite giving onto the road. We were surprised to have a jacuzzi in the bathroom. sheets and towels were changed daily.

Cons: We were told breakfast was served until 11am, but on going down at 10am, they were clearing away. But they got everything back out and even went and bought another baguette for us.

Cons: Gives more of a hostel vibe - The lift was broken, the AC makes a lot of noise at night while being turned off, very small room with low ceilings the shower does not drain the water so you have water damage and damp smell and you need to use your towels to stop the shower from leaking all over the place.

Pros: Very recommended! 7th floor is very quite, seems like windows are soundproof. Bed is very comfortable and the duvet is big thick and soft. Heating radiator was not working but with ac heating mode it was absolutely fine (anyway housemasters we’re really trying to repair it every day). Same with elevator but I saw they we’re trying to repair it whole the day. Simple but good quality breakfast and coffee. Big plus that coffee/tea/water/croissants are available 24h. Finally, the staff were very very nice and helpful!

Cons: The curtains were sprayed with some refreshing chemicals and that could be very disturbing especially for allergic person

Cons: 1. The bathroom smells really bad. 2. Water drain clogged and while showering, it was actually overflowed. 3. Poor room cleaning. - room as sticky with dogs pee smells - Floor seems like never cleaned 4. Bed was almost broken 5. 7th floor room was too small 6. Floor was too dirty 7. Under the bed, so many dust. Never come back again.

Pros: Great location, the staff was friendly and helpful. There's Brita fountain water and coffee, tea, juice for free!

Cons: The room was not at all like the photos. In the photos was new and clean, but the room was old and not very clean. It has cracks and mould on the walls both in the room and bathroom. The cups in the bathroom were dirty like it's been there for a while. It was very noisy, can hear upstairs and next door room's toilet/shower noise, door's noise and everything. Everyday after cleaning, there's always one thing hasn't been filled up, like toilet paper, tissue paper, bin bag... I had to ask the reception each day, it was annoying. The sink was blocked, need to wait for at least 5 minutes for the water to go down after using. The lift is very small so had to wait a while when there's the cleaning trolley or many people. The room was always smelly even with the window opened. The price is too expensive for what it is. I've stayed at another hotel nearby at the same price and it was much better! Definitely not recommended this one.

Cons: The only shelf in the bathroom was slanted so severely you could not use it as everything rolled off of it. Mattress dipped as I slept. Maybe needs rotated or flipped.

Pros: Breakfast was nothing special, a bit overpriced for the quality of the pastries and quantities offered but it did offer the benefit of not having to go outside when you feel tired.

Cons: Let me start by saying the front desk was VERY helpful and responsive to any and all requests. That being said, compared to my last stay I found the room didn’t hold up. Despite being bigger in size, the bathroom was very cramped and kind of moldy in corners. The last night I spent there was absolutely awful. The bathroom started reeking of cigarette smoke at 11PM to the point my eyes were watering and I couldn’t use it. The hotel staff did check in different rooms if this was an issue but since they were fully booked, they could not rebook me. I was offered a “commercial” gesture to make up for this in the morning, which turned out to be half-off on a breakfast I ordered that week… I was really disappointed that they couldn’t do more as I barely slept and couldn’t use the bathroom in my room that morning.
