Pros: The location is incredibly central and you are in the heart of Barcelona. The thing that I loved was that our room had very high quality double glazing, so although we were opposite the cathedral and in a central plaza, as soon as you closed the balcony doors there was silence

Pros: the view is amazing !! very close to everything so walking is super easy.

Cons: the air conditioner was not working or turned off so our room was very hot :( I also left an expensive pair of shoes in the closet and asked if they were found and was told no.. so that was a big bummer

Pros: Rooftop bar was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also really liked the bath products

Cons: Rooftop bar wasn’t open in the mornings which would have been nice for a coffee but minor detail.

Perfect location, super smart and...

Pros: Perfect location and absolutely stunning hotel. Loved the roof top bar. Loved the robes in the room. Brilliant shower so handy to have all the bathroom products including toothbrush/paste comb etc. staff were always super friendly and helpful and welcoming. Loved looking out of the balcony at the square down below, even though a side room could still see some of the cathedral too.

Cons: Our room either didn’t have AC or it didn’t seem to work which made the room very stuffy at night. To be fair though we forgot to mention it at the reception the next day so we didn’t give them an opportunity to correct this.

Great location in the heart...

Pros: Great Location, quiet comfortable room. Staff and doormen very welcoming and managed single lift very well.

Cons: que for roof terrace as its a Instagram location listed in guide books but you can see why beautiful view of cathedral, no separate area for guests on roof. They could make better use of the nice downstairs area for guests to feel special.

Pros: Our cathedral view was beautiful. Bathrobes provided were a nice touch.

Cons: No door on the bathroom area, shower would leak water all around the toilet. Booked this property for the rooftop bar and pool but it was closed for renovations. Work up in the morning to hammering and saws.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and...

Pros: Hotel was very clean and the location was fantastic. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
