Great hotel

Pros: Everything was beyond expectations, just perfect. The hotel is close to the beach, in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. We had a room with direct acces to one of the pools from the terrace of our room, with private sunbeds. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms and all common areas (bar, restaurant, pools etc) are always very clean. The food is great (both buffet breakfast and dinner). The design of the hotel is very pleasant, everything looks amazing and the facilities are great. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to coming back!

Pros: good location, well-kept hotel, friendly staff, easy walk to the sea

Cons: this was an adult only hotel, but the age of the customers was very high - well over retirement. this was probably because of the time of year. in future I'd seek a family hotel as it is nice to have younger people around.

Pros: Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel is very quiet. There was one day were the top pool had guests who were playing music. The manager politely asked them to turn it off and apologised to the other guests. This is a very quiet hotel, suiting all adults who wish to relax. The breakfast which was included in our price was great, there was a great selection. The rule of not reserving sun beds is a great concept as we were able to get a sun lounger either at the bottom or roof top pool everyday. Most people respected this rule but some guests never and nobody appeared to be removing the towels. The sun loungers were really comfortable and being provided with towels for the pool was great. The rooms were very clean although there was some small ants in the bathroom of our room. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons: The maids were very noisy in the morning, talking very loudly from 8am so was awake every morning at that time.

Cons: I was in in room 225 and not sure wether I was near a toilet system for the block but it seemed the toilet was flushing every 30 mins like it was a cleaning system

LOVELY ROOM, LOVELY POOL AREA, GOOD FOOD, GREAT LOCATION

Pros: Room was a great space & lovely decor, though a bit on the dark side. Pool area was amazing. No struggle to find a bed & really chilled. Dining area could be a bit more appealing on the eye but the food itself was really decent, huge selection for Dinner & Breakfast. Evenings could be more entertaining & interactive.

Cons: No Water offered with Dinner was surprising.

Nice relaxing holidays

Pros: Location was very nice, very close to the beach. Quiet area. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, although few were speaking english. Very clean hotel. Very quiet and calm for relaxing all day long. Perfect for people above 60's.

Cons: The food was ok, but it can be better. Mainly was international dishes and very repetitive. I wouldn't choose the option with dinner included if i knew. There are very nice restaurants nearby with better food. It's very quiet hotel, no music (not even lounge music in the pool during the day), the entertainment provided in the evenings was poor. If you really want to relax then totally recommend this place, if want something extra then look somewhere else.
