Pros: Breakfast was included and was fabulous. Staff could not do enough to make sure we had a great time. Our room was elegant with a private garden. The whole stay was just wonderful.

Pros: As we had 2 children , the hotel upgraded us to a 2 beds suite so we could have more space . The hostage was amazing, the staff remembered every detail even though everyday was different staff. They surprised us with a cake for my son's 1st birthday while we didn't ask or expect anything. The upgraded room had stairs and it was a bit dangerous for our little one as he was trying to climb so we asked for a room change. They were happy with that and moved all our staff , bags to the new room while we were away. Everyone was friendly. We felt very welcomed and treated very well there. Thank you to everyone! Grazie mile tutti ! They deserve the 5th star. The location was just wow , by the river, beautiful view, enjoyed drinking coffe and having our breakfast by the river. The room was very clean. I mean we loved everything. We have been to so many different countries and hotels but we can say the staff at this hotel was the best one we have experienced.

Pros: Everything was fantastic, from the greeting at the front desk on arrival right to the final goodbye at check out. Breakfast was lovely, the room was beautiful & very clean.

Cons: Only thing that could have been better was more plugs in the room, there was only 1 plug by the room door.
