An excellent choice to stay in La roma

Pros: - spacious room - our room included a kitchen with some appliances - conformable bed - location is superb - the staff was helpful and kind, excellent service from them

Cons: - The lobby is small - when coming fron the airport, although is not far away, traffic can make the ride longer (it took us almost an hour to reach the hotel)

Pros: Its a great location with Zona Rosa and Roma Norte both very accessible. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice views from the terrace. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The WiFi was inconsistent. The breakfast was just okay. The gym was just okay.

Its an ok place for the money.

Pros: Bed was comfortable and pillows as well. I enjoyed the extra blanket they keep in the closet which was very comfortable and not too hot or too cold. AC was cold and room was descent size. Refrigerator kept my drinks ice cold and overall it was worth the money. It is nearby many restaurants and bars and casino.

Cons: You can hear vehicle traffic it is super loud and you can hear all noise activity in other rooms, no noise privacy whatsoever. You can also hear construction taking place outside and housekeeping radios as they are cleaning other rooms or on the small hallway. I heard someone gagging in the restroom on the room next door and passionate sounds as well Luckily I was drunk enough to sleep with no problems. The gym was horrible as well, none of the equipment worked. Treadmill stops as running and could cause you to trip and fall. Bike seat comes off, weight set is stuck so cant even use that. Better off just do push ups in your room and other calisthenics.

Nice place for a one night stay.

Pros: - good location: there are multiple groceries and cafe and restaurants nearby. - Clean room. - Nice view if you go to the the top of building, nice view on the breakfast. - Good breakfast.

Cons: - I can hear other rooms very well. In the night it was loud when someone was checking in . - Internet was unstable and slow, for example youtube didn't work. - Rooftop pool is not a pool... it's jacuzzi and it was occupied by other guests. - Not so good view in the room.

Good location but our room was rather small

Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Oxxo (7/11) right next door along with neighbouring retail and restaurants. Our room 85 had a kitchenette and while it was small, it was very clean.

Cons: Room 85 we were put up in had an unusual bathroom layout where the toilet was located against the shower glass meaning you couldn't sit on it comfortably (and I'm 4'10"). The shower didn't work well for the first three nights (felt like trying to shower during a drizzle) but luckily by the fourth night, it started to function normally (probably just needed a clean?). Breakfast was incredibly simple but with a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes or so), we just had brekkie outside of the hotel.
