A nice hotel but better value hotel across the road.

Pros: Location was great access for hiking although a steep walk in and out of town for dinner. Staff very friendly. Nice common areas.

Cons: The room was not as nice as portrayed on the website. Dated bathroom with the shower head not staying in place.

Pros: The hotel is characterful. Friendly staff but forgot to inform us of the guest card benefits. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.

Cons: We stayed in room 406 for 3 nights. Very basic bathroom, toilet too close to the shower. Soap dispenser impossible to use. Shower head would not stay in place. I mentioned this before n the first day, that said it would be fixed but wasnt. The room was not as it was presented on booking.com when I choose the room, disappointing. We moved to The Dahu opposite, coincidentally same room number, much better room, bathroom. All new, beautiful view from sunny deck.

Probably would not choose to stay here again. There are better choices in Madonna di Campiglio.

Pros: Generally we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Unfortunately the second morning the breakfast eggs were bad but still being served to guests.The room we stayed in was not represented by the photos that were on Booking.com. It was dissapointing when we arrived. The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful, although they overlooked informing us about the card you are able to buy to use the lifts for hiking. The toilet was so close to the shower you could not sit comfortably on it.

Overall a great holiday destination

Pros: Location was great for Pradago lift. Breakfast was good. Hotel reception staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Cons: Evening meal food choice too fancy and timing of evening meals for children too late. Also beds/pillows very hard. Very traditional hotel. Bit far from main town.

This is a really beautiful quiet place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Really wonderful helpful staff. Foods really nice and although its quite old school its very cosy and well presented.

Cons: Warmer bedding. Not enough accessories in the bathrooms (also quite dated)

Charming, Cozy & Classy hotel in a fabulous location.

Pros: The service from the time you enter the hotel to the servers in the bar, dining room, spa & housekeeping could not have been friendlier or more helpful. First class service in their restaurants, once which is a Michelin Star Restaurant.Both restaurants served delicious meals which changed daily and our breakfasts were very good. Our room was quite large with beautiful views of the mountains. The proximity to the Pradolago gondola couldnt have been betteralmost ski in/ski out! Close to walk to the center of town. I would HIGLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town of Madonna di Campliglio. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Pros: Dinner was amazing - lot of choices - full waitress service , hotel facilities are excellent, very nice staff, great location for skiers.

Cons: Juice at breakfast was artificial and not like natural - but this is a minor detail. Everything else was great.
