Cons: Having issues with asking for specific documents later after our stay - splitting the bill for two guests for two separate invoices. unfortunately unsuccessfully. The hotel is unable to process one Booking reservation for two separate rooms/guests issuing two invoices. Which was a problem for our accountancy office.

Pros: Yep nice place for the price. If you are on a budget and don't expect too much then this is the hotel for you. It's clean , tidy and keeps the water off your head. Staff are nice and friendly. It's not too far from the centre just enough to walk off a nice meal. Thank you for having me.

Pros: Very pretty location, everything was amazing, kind staff and very helpful if needed. We especially enjoyed the terrace for breakfast.

Cons: The elevator didnt work during our stay and the staff didnt help us to bring our luggages upstairs even though we were travelling with our 1 year old son.

Pros: Very good location, close to the lake, not far from the centre of Peschiera and shops. Has a nice pool and cute balconies on most of the rooms.

Cons: There were ants in the bathroom, think they must have had a nest under the bath as they kept coming out. Also the breakfast options were a little scarce.

Cons: Very simple brekfast.. The smell from our bathroom was pretty bad.They were trying to fix the problem but it didnt work .. The lift wasnt working for entire stay. Hotel needs a bit of maintinance

Cons: We arrived the night of heavy hail and nearly all pool furniture was destroyed. I understand the logistic concerns but there were shards of sharp plastic and glass in and around the pool for the next 2 days, not safe. Due to the storm there were only 5-6 pool chairs left, which certain guests blocked with their towels and stuff for the whole day while going out to visit. When I asked the reception if they could keep an eye on it or if we could remove them so we could share the few remaining infrastructure amongst the guest fairly they gave me a cold shoulder. Furthermore we were on the top floor and the elevator didn't work the whole week, there was no hot water for the first 2 days, we tried 3 separate days to get a taxi via the hotel lobby and they never managed to get us a taxi - even suggesting we try at a different hotel!? We booked some trips via the hotel and they forgot to arrange the pick-up which we paid for, causing us to have to rush through 2 buses and a train and for the other trip we wanted to take the taxi but had to cancel. Overall the staff was nice but too many things went wrong and they scoffed at the thought of a compensation, even though we spent 250+ on drinks in the hotel - the least they could have done is offer a free drink. Location was good but we won't be coming back
