Pros: The restaurant food was very good and the waiter/manager was very helpful and pleasant

Cons: I woke at 06,.45 to find that there was no hot water to wash my face/shave or shower-only cold water came out of the taps-There was a phone in my room so I tried to ring reception to find out why. The phone didnt work!. So I used my mobile phone to ring the hotel, no-one was answering-eventually someone answered and I gave my room number and said I have no hot water-I was told its a general problem and that they were working on it. So I had to shave and shower with cold water. Later that evening I talked with reception who apologised and told me the problem was now fixed and gave me 2 drinks tokens for the bar. Fortunately on the 2nd morning of my stay I was able to have a warm shower The fundamentals of a hotel surely are a comfy bed and HOT WATER

Cons: Expectations to the breakfast are not fulfilled. no fresh Orange juice. No boiled eggs. No drinking water in the room. Only at the first day. The indoor pool is very old, the sauna is very old and very dirty. And costs additionally Eur 10 Not anymore a 4 star standard

Pros: Big, quiet, clean and impersonal hotel. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenieties. However, we got two single beds despite specifying we wanted a double. There were no complimentary toilettries in the room, despite confirming previously by phone that they had complimentary toothbrushes. There was no soap im the shower, so you had to get out of the shower to get soap from the dispenser by the sink.

Cons: The building and infrastructure is very dated, hardly looked after, a lot of cracks and damaged items around. Dated and inconvenient technical choices in showers and toilets. Just feels like it was built by non professionals.

Pros: The rooms were pretty good, very nice bad and good sleep.

Cons: It was billed as a resort / spa, but you have to pay extra for spa, and then you are mandated to provide or buy a bathing cap, even if you only use the Sauna. A decent hotel would have included use of the Spa. Breakfast, hideously overpriced, glass of coke was 75% ice and quality of food pretty low - for example the Catalonian Tomato bread, seemed to be without tomato :( Decking by pool area was quite old, and poorly maintained. New owners need to de use are they going to invest and make it a place worth staying or just milk it until no one comes.
