Great location but watch what you are booking and what you will get

Pros: Location and building

Cons: Room descriptions on the website are misleading. I booked 25sq.m room with queen and twin beds. I got a room that was about 11-12sq.m and with one single and twin bed. When I complained staff didnt even bother to consider discrepancies and blamed booking.com for wrong room description :-)

We stayed for one night only and it was pleasant. It would have been nice if there was coffee and milk for our stay sinc

Pros: The rooms were located away from the main building.

Cons: Even though there was a thin blanket and duvet on the bed I was cold during the night.

Quaint well located small hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Great location for just strolling around their beautiful town. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Free parking on site was a big plus

Pros: An excellent location in the old town ideal for exploring the town and area. On market days (Thursday) access in the morning is difficult by car. Although on site parking is tight (and you need to pre-book it) it was ideal as the nearest parking is blocked on Thursday for the weekly market. Our room faced onto the main street (south facing) which meant that it was light and airy. The only downside was the diverted traffic due to roadworks closing the route from the north side of the area into the town which passed under our window. We were lucky to be on the 2nd floor. The room had tea + coffee making and every day they provided bottled water. Breakfast consisted of bread + croissant for each traveller on the table with some meat and cheeses, eggs to boil and jams. A fair choice. Tea and coffee from a machine. It was sufficient. We ate out every evening at nearby restaurants, the first opposite the entrance to the main car park, the 2nd down by the main square and the 3rd at the eastern end of the market. Pre-booking is best as they quickly fill up. Outside of the hotel is a small square where we had a morning coffee (they also do lunches etc., and we also had PM drinks). This is the 3rd time in 20 years that we have stayed in this hotel and would come again.

Cons: A little better choice for breakfast would not be amiss although, as I said above, it was sufficient.

Great apartment in the heart of Dinan. Highly recommend it.

Pros: We rented the Epicerie apartment. It was very large and roomy. It would be perfect for a multi day stay. It is perfectly located in the middle of town by the clock tower a few hundred feet away from the main hotel. We had a car and there was no problem driving in Dinan. The hotel has parking too if you reserve. We did not but they got us a parking garage a little further away.

Cons: The bathroom is surprisingly small for such a huge apartment.

Enjoyable town with reasonable facilities. Hotel description could be made more clear.

Pros: Good location in the town. Clean modern shower room. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Outside environment was untidy with no outside seating area. Decoration, i.e. petrol pumps and lorry drivers' instructions was novel to say the least. Room was further away from the hotel than appeared in the description. Room overlooked by windows opposite.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment which is down the street from the hotel. We overpacked so it was a bit cumbersome for us to drag all of our bags down there, along with no lift (our own fault- just be aware if you do the same as us). Room was large and had a nice small kitchen with electric tea kettle for us to have coffee in our room (not provided). We chose to have breakfast at the main hotel area and it was just okay - very crowded and minimal offering. Over all though this is an amazing property that has very kind and helpful staff.

Pros: Mattress was comfortable, on the firm side, which I like. Good bathroom/shower. A parking place was provided right next to the hotel, and helpful staff greeted us, and helped us park.

Cons: Starting @ 5am, there was a stream of vehicles roaring past our window - we were on street level. Very noisy and interrupted our sleep.
