Pros: Good location, just a block or two away for Champs-Elyses. Lots of restaurants & takeaway spots on the street as well, very central to everything you would need. The staff were also great!

Cons: The rooms are very dated, however the bathroom is quite modern. Our room didnt quite look like the pictures on booking.com (for example, our room was painted white and bright yellow). However, the room was very spacious and had pretty everything we needed. There are renovations going on at the hotel, which we were warned about, but quite a lot is going on in the lobby and hallways. Hopefully they are doing a good refresh of the property, in which case it would be a 10/10.

Pros: The location is good and staff is super friendly

Cons: There was a construction on the site, and even thought we were informed (until 1 day before or arrival, I wouldnt have gotten that place knowing that before) it was very annoying that we couldnt take a nap due to the noise. In addition, the mini fridge was super stinky, like a dead animal was there for a long time or something. We tried to connect it to put some stuff we bought in there and it didnt work so our stuff got ruined.

Superb Location. No fair warning on building works

Pros: Location was absolutely excellent. Air Conditioning cooled the room down (but everything got damp). Shower excellent water pressure & a bath too !

Cons: Pretty much only that there were building works that we were not made aware of until the day before. There was zero natural light into our room with scaffolding right outside so we didnt open the curtains either as no privacy. Hammering and drilling from around 9:15 until 4:45 each day. No hotel facilities - offer of breakfast in the room but that was not an inviting prospect. There should have been a discounted rate during this period of upheaval.
