A very good stay, with lots of quiet and privacy. Well kept , with nice traditional decor.

Pros: It is a nice and well kept place. Housekeeping does a fabulous job to keep it all sparkling clean. I like the facility to have room service without extra charges and the location is very central but well away from the noise of traffic and foot crowds of Glorieta Tlatenango. The restaruant has good prices and good value for money, but with little limited menu. I never got sick and I ate saldas and juices prepared on premises, so cleanliness if excellent .

Cons: They could have honored my booking request to get a room in n the main floor within stairs. I accepted the second floor since the only change of room they offered was close to double the price. There are stairs everywhere animist of them have no railing, which poses a real difficulty for me with knee arthritis and less than perfect balance. Every time I came to my room I was worried I might fall. There is enough space to build an elevator, and I am puzzled why they do not do it tales in the more trusted areas.

Pros: The garden and the spa are great. Really beautiful. I enjoyed the swimminpool very much, specially during the week when the hotel was almost empty. The location was convenient for me, although it is far from downtown Cuernavaca.

Cons: The food at the restaurant is not great, quite tasteless. Rooms in the annex of the main building are very basic (very little and very simple furniture) and have no AC. The bed was so-so.

Pros: Nice gardens, quiet pool, friendly staff, good location, free parking, good service.

Cons: TV and wifi doesn't work. TV has Netflix but we were unable to connect. Our room was over a road and it was noisy sometimes. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved. Some locations of the hotel look abandoned.

Pros: I enjoyed staying in Posada Tlaltenango. It is near to the centre of Cuernavaca and it is a quiet place for just take a rest of the noisy Mexico City. There are two swimming pools, and the best part is that if you take a massage in the spa, you can swim all day in a beautiful private roofed pool, I was swimming all day alone and I didnt have to share space, I loved it. They have a temazcal too, unfortunately I couldnt take it, but I had a delicious massage and a facial treatment in the spa, which had playing beautiful and relaxing music. I think I will back for to take the temazcal. There is a big garden, I adored spend time there, where has big trees and makes the place more fresh and beautiful. My room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and very quiet. The staff is very kind and attentive and the service in general was good.

Cons: The food is not the best of the hotel; I was here two days, on September 14 and 15, there was a typical buffet of Mexican food in commemoration of Mexican independence, there were many typical dishes, but I didn't like some of them, I think they could taste better. I would have appreciated that the beer was cold, but it was warm, I didn't like that.
