Chic comfortable central city hotel.

Pros: This is a beautifully renovated old hotel on the Schubertring in central Vienna. The staff were charming, and couldn't have been more helpful. The location is as central as one could be in Vienna, a reasonable walking distance from all the major sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. Despite its central location the modern comfortable rooms are quiet and bright.

Cons: There were a few hiccups to begin with (no soap in bathroom, no plug for bath, shower needed a bleach) but after I raised this, the hotel fixed it immediately.
