Pros: Overall about the hotel – EXCEPTIONAL. Very well maintained and lovely Hotel. Outstanding customer service at the reception with kind, friendly and professional staff. Superb, comfortably furnished and clean room with minibar, electric kettle, combination key safe box and reliable WiFi connection. Great value for money. Located in a quiet residential area the hotel is in 20 min walking distance from the city center. Close to the metro station and tram stop. Italian restaurant, Steak house and various cafes nearby. Delicious and wide choice breakfast.

Pros: It was the prefect location. Close to the Christmas market and the metro lines. The room was very clean. They were friendly and helpful with getting public transportation tickets.

Cons: The bed was stiff as a board. There was not enough blankets on the bed.
