    Very good

    Pros: Because of many negative reviews, I was a little nervous when I chose to stay there. However, I found the room is relatively clean, and the bed is comfortable.
    Cons: The non-smoke room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was quiet at night, except for the intermittent noise from the refrigerator.

    Pros: Nothing about this property.
    Cons: Everything. Room 205 was unlivable. My children were terrified, we left within 12 hours and was refused a refund.

    If you want clean room,...

    Pros: The staff were really nice. They carefully listen to your concerns regarding your place.
    Cons: There were baby cockroach more than 10 on the floor. But the staff took the care of our complaint and gave us another room which was much better.

    Pros: Staff was helpful and pleasant
    Cons: Hometown Studios Chamblee is infested with roaches. To a chronic level the walls are soft and hollowed by roaches and roach feces. They are flying roaches white roaches and pregnant roaches and they infest your belongings and property.

    Pros: Nothing absolutely nothing
    Cons: This place is infested with roaches and they refuse to give me another room. Power and wifi goes out often and you won't know for how long. My vehicle has been damaged while being here and management will not help by viewing the camera of the parking lot where it happened

    Pros: Nothing but the price very nasty has roaches
    Cons: Bad customer service and has no bathroom in the lobby

    Horrible experience

    Pros: I didn’t like this property. Because it was very dirty and had bugs.
    Cons: Before 9:00 AM and After 10:00 PM, nobody was any staff in the hotel. Hotel manager comes to the hotel after 11:00 am.
