Cons: Some rooms aren't as nice, in need of repair, esp the tub in rooms 104 & 108; paint is coming off. Gap under door room 108 is unreasonably large; privacy concern. Noise level from the second floor is rough. Found stinky, molded loaf of bread in cabinet.

Pros: Close to the highway and fastfood.

Cons: No breakfast. Could hear the rooms next to me talking and felt like I had no privacy.

Cons: The rooms had a very musty smell, so much so my clean clothes had to be washed when I got home. My toilet had not been cleaned particularly the seat. The Ac/heat had such a terrible sound I didnt even use it.

Pros: We stayed at this place because it is roughly halfway between the Blue Ridge Trail and our home in Chicago. It was inexpensive, and I knew it was probably a place that was quite old. What I didn't realize is that the place got new ownership about two years ago and the owners have installed new floors, new beds, and new amenities. They've transformed this property into a pleasant, very desirable accommodation! The place is CLEAN...REALLY CLEAN! The free breakfast is better than that in places twice as expensive. Jennifer at the desk was friendly and recommended a really nice restaurant for us. If you're in southern Indiana looking for a place to spend the night, get some sleep and awake clean and refreshed, don't pass this place in Sellersville! This is the best bang for the buck that I've had in a lower-priced accommodation in years!

Cons: I called to ask for the pet policy and they neglected to tell me that I can't leave my pets unattended unless they are in kennels until after the 6 hour drive it took to get there. They also don't have cans for dog waste outside. Not a pet friendly place.

Pros: Breakfast was descent, rooms looked great. Had the king room,and stayed total of two weeks and the lady running desk through week was great ,helpful and curious, man that is part owner/head of housekeeping was in every day at 830 to change towels, and trash,but that was all he did. And if you didn't have a sign on the door he was coming in long before checkout time would be if not staying longer,whether or not you was awake asleep or without a concern. I came across two baby roaches and when I saw the second I looked around a little to see if it was more of an issue and shake the mini fridge to have an adult run out from underneath. I was going to inform the people,however I hadn't had my room booked for the following week and had over slept,yet woke up by the older Indian telling me to get up and out because it was checkout time and was rude about it,and that pissed me off. So I left the captured roach in a cup on the counter packed my things and left the room to decide whether I would get another room or just hotel since I was put on the spot and in such a way that he done it
