Pros: It was conveniently located in a good section of town. The owners were a lovely family that spanned several generations and they were very pleasant and always available. The bathroom was roomy and had a pretty Granite countertop. As you entered the room, your first see a delightfully painted wall mural surrounding the bed-frame.

Cons: The wall on the opposite side of the room was blank except for a tiny TV and a corner cupboard for the Microwave, frig & coffee pot. Strangely, no other furniture in the room, except for a wheeled chair, but no desk for it. No real closet, but there was a linen cupboard in the bathroom. No carpeting which made it feel like a hollow room and cold floors. The heater was a small electric heater with a long cord to point wherever. The bed-frame was a metal box that the mattress sat on and my shoe kept knocking the metal each time I approached the bed which echoed like a loud drum. I am glad I brought my own 4"-memory-foam-topper because their bed was extra firm (too hard for me). The shower and sink had the hot and cold backwards which took a bit of getting used to, Most of the baseboard was chipped and needed attention, although the walls appeared to be painted. My online price was the 2nd lowest in the area, but I had paid the exact same price at a much nicer hotel two months earlier for 2-nites on Christmas Day 2023.

Pros: Staff was very nice, room clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to stores and places to eat. After 8 pm the motel was quiet so no problem sleeping.

Cons: I had not been told when booking that an extra fee woud be charged for my small dog.

Pros: Great location, close to main streets, freeway and food. They have a cute room themes. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Pros: This hotel is run by very nice people and I've stayed several times. Well-priced, not inexpensive but ok.

Cons: Please note that the hot water is on the opposite side you'd expect, in both the sink and the shower.

You get what you pay...

Pros: The protection wrap they put on the toilet seat to ensure that no one used it since the staff last checked/cleaned it. Gave me some comfort.

Cons: There was dirt by the entrance when we first entered which indicated that they probably didn’t bother to prep the room before arrival. Seeing that the blanket had some stitching work done from previous damage wasn’t comforting. It’s up to how the individual sees it but it was pretty sad seeing the amount of old chipping paint to make up for the lack of decoration picture frames in the room. They seemed pretty strict about their towels but as long as you’re not a demanding and messy person you’ll be fine.

Pros: This is a country lodge. The staff is wonderful... But remember, up early... Good too bed early. This ain't no fancy city hotel, this is down home wonderful family owned place to stay within a mile off everything you need. Say hi the staff from Robert.
