Pros: The bed/mattress seemed comfortable

Cons: The room had a bad odor, the bathtub had a big chunk missing and was rusty. None of the amenities listed were available...No front desk, no restaurant, no breakfast or dinner buffet, no pool or hot tub, no fitness area, no outdoor seating...all the other floors were under construction...going down the stairs all the doors were removed to the other floors.

Cons: Everything was subpar, dingy, dated. Many outlets didn't work. There was no soundproofing i could hear everything out in the hall and other rooms. Hvac system was so loud i could barely sleep. Some lights didnt work. Just shabby.

Cons: I did know about the ongoing construction prior to my booking and stay, but with that being said, not being able to access anything in the hotel, except basically, my room was a bit unfortunate.

Cons: lobby and in hotel bar/food closed for reconstruction. had to enter through a side door. We choose this hotel because of its in hotel amenities. Should have been advertised these were not available. Would not have stayed. Found roaches climbing on clothes.

Cons: The hotel is currently under construction. There was no access to the pool or gym facilities. There is no hotel lobby, business center or eating areas. The construction noise started too early in the morning; fortunately they were off on Saturday.

Pros: For a repacked breakfast it was basically good. I could use the microwave in thr room to heat up the sausage cheese, lettuce burger with sauce, (why no sliced tomato or beetroot)If patron or guest of the hotel was still hungry then there was Alby sit in or take away making quick burgers, etc Also in the repacked breakfast there was orange juice, small fruit salad container, Waffle or similar small round cake, a snack bar. Repacked breakfasts were available because of hotel renovations on the bottom floor where there would be a bar area, breakfast/dining room, maybe a sitting lounge with large TV, and seperate gym room to be fully renovated by mid year 2024 (hopefully!) Hotel suites were neat and roomy. Effective light block curtains; A nice compact reddish sofa. The King size bed was comfortably soft, the LG 60 inch swivel TV was clear with many channels, although commercials were like compound fractures lasting 4 minutes every 4 minutes seemingly, but that's normal in the USA! In the room there was a microwave, a coffee maker machine, ironing board, good size bathroom with wooden luggage platform, then through archway there was a bath and shower, and toilet. The way the toilet flushed was thorough like a sucking in water effect quickly levelling up again. There was hot water when having a shower or bath. There were no noisy guests when I stayed on the 5th floor. Only 4th and 5th floor hotel suites available st the time but at least 3 more floors should be done by mid 2024 year.

Cons: Only one or two lifts in use. Fitted carpet colour seems unexciting brown patterned but that did not worry me as I'm not into colour ordination. Maybe brown empathise of the fitted carpet in hall ways and rooms hide dirt patches and stains better?

Pros: Due to the construction, breakfast was grab and go but it was okay.

Cons: It is hard to say since the facility was under construction during my stay. So, some issues are to be expected.

Cons: Nothing as compared to previous stay. This hotel was under renovation and everything was covered with tarps. Electricity flickered off and on continuously. I feel that we should have been made aware of this situation before we booked.
