Cons: We chose the most expensive premium room and after 2nd night had to downgrade to a lower segment room due to lizard in the room. Breakfast and lunch/dinner spread and choices were less and average.

Pros: Its a perfect resort for families, they have a kids club with an fabulous staff looking after your kids with many activities for them.

Pros: Really beautiful and super relaxing and calm. Everyone was lovely, and the facilities was clean and super nice.

Cons: NUSA Dua is really quiet. Not much to do outside of the resort, I think its hasnt fully recovered since Covid. But I found the resort food and drink where a little expensive, and also the bar would shut pretty early. When there isnt much to do outside the resort, that was only downside

Pros: We stayed in this hotel as a family. Me,my husband and son. Our reservation was for a week, as we liked this hotel very much we canceled our reservation in another hotel and extended our stay here. The hotel is great for a family vacation. There is a kids club with helpers who look after the children. I would like to thanks Mary who is very friendly with children our son liked her a lot. Kids pool which our son enjoyed a lot. Every day in the hotel there is a program with activities, such as aqua aerobics or yoga.... The hotel has one restaurant and a pool bar. The restaurant offers themed dinners every day. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners happen in the same restaurant. I would give 7 out of 10 for the variety for breakfast and dinner. Ideally it would be nice to have one more outlet with different cuisine. Since the hotel is on a busy street, you can find many cafes and restaurants around, as well as spas of various levels. All within walking distance. The beach by the hotel was a bit disappointing as it is not really meant for swimming. This is absolutely not the fault of the hotel. The frequent high tides or low tides sometimes make it impossible to swim in the sea. At low tide there is a lot of seaweed, at high tide there are strong waves. You can also rent various water activities. I would also like to note that the rooms are spacious and most of them with balconies.Cleanliness of rooms 8 out of 10. Hotel offers valet parking in case you rented a car.also there is shuttle bus during the day to the shopping center. The hotel also has a spa and photographer services. I would like to note all the reception staff, they are always very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help in any matter. Special thanks to Ari.
