A nice, basic hotel from which you can walk to many attractions and restaurants.

Pros: Great location. Well maintained.

Cons: The smell in the lobby was off putting.

Less enjoyable due to hockey teams and no pool rules.

Pros: It was clean, comfy beds

Cons: We werent informed of the hockey teams staying at the property. They ding dong ditched and loudly played in the hallways. No respect, going around asking random hotel guests for vending machine money. The other biggest issue was the pool area. No towels, no rules. Kids were going absolutely nuts in there, jumping diving, yelling throwing. Toys everywhere including in the hot tubs. Was not a pleasant time to swim, and most certainly couldnt relax in the hot tub. The pool should have rules and parents should be expected to make sure the kids follow rules in the pool area.

Definitely would recommend.

Pros: This is a very nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. My room was so nice. Lovely art work, amazing linens, all white and pristine. Very comfortable bed. I had a fridge and microwave. Wonderful pool. Breakfast for the 3 days was varied each day and excellent. A mall across from it and also a boardwalk alongside the river.

Cons: This is the first time Ive ever had a problem here.. so it wasnt so much about the property but more about the staff. We got a noise complaint while we were playing a card game in a circle.. our room was next to the elevator, and we were in the living area with the bedroom in between us and the room beside us. Our tv was on quiet for back ground noise, and we had no music playing or anything. We were confused about the noise complaint and didnt want to be overcharged for any issues. We went to speak with front desk, she admitted she had no idea where the noise was coming from but that someone on a separate floor complained about loud noises, she admitted it may not have been our room. Just as we finished talking the security guard walked by and gave me a dirty look. I asked him point blank if he heard any noise from our room prior to knocking on our door. His reply was no but your room had the most people in it my cousin spoke up and said that was accusing us, as he clearly stated he didnt hear any noise from our room. After a friend went out for a smoke and came back in letting us know there were 4-5 guys drinking and hollering in the hallways/lobby. We had 5 people how did we have The most people, and why was that being watched, as we were not causing any problems or being rambunctious in any way. The security guard would barely give me the time of day and when asked why we got the noise complaint when he admitted to not hearing any noise, his reply was its not like I kicked yous out along with a turn and mumbling under his breath saying yet we were not causing a disruption, I got a noise complaint and wanted to know why.. I have never been spoken to by staff like this. Normally the staff is super welcoming and friendly, understanding that he is security and suppose to be taking things seriously, but he was rude and ignorant to us for no reason, and admitted that, when he admitted there was no noise coming from our room.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good and close to a lot. Also had Tesla destination charger and was included in the price we paid for parking.

Cons: Very run down in rooms and hallways. Wallpaper was peeling at edges. Carpet was worse for wear. The neighborhood seemed a little shady. I wouldnt say the bathroom was clean.

Cons: Key card didnt work on the second day and we had to go down to the desk to have they reset -why? The elevator seemed to be configured incorrectly when you called it to go down it inevitably went up first. Wifi was very weak. No fan in washroom or if there was it wasnt functioning.
