    Pros: Breakfast was good, staff friendly, Lots of coffee, tea, etc available 24 hours a day. Went for the solar eclipse and they had a cute little welcome pack with extra glasses!! very accommodating
    Cons: my only complaint is my booking said check out noon, but we had to check out at 1100

    Pros: The staff was very nice.
    Cons: No pool, outdated rooms stains on the beds and furniture. I had to pay a $30 early check in when my room was ready. An hour and a half for 30? I just wanted my care package w the glasses. Check in at 3, totality 3:10! C what I mean? I'll never use Baymont

    Cons: Inadvertently I booked an accessible room, I just wanted a king size bed room. The clerk refused to change. After we showered we realized we had a disaster on our hands. The shower head would not stay clamped to the wall, it was flopping everywhere hence water filled the entire washroom. We had to dry off and use every towel to dry up floor. I went to get new towels, told the clerk and she thought it was a non issue. Breakfast was kind of sparse.

    Cons: Door to the room was damaged by someone previously trying to break in, the lock was damaged also.

    Pros: Easy check in and check out
    Cons: Shower and bathroom are a continuous plane without a border. When taking a shower, water leaked past the shower onto the rest of the bathroom and got close to the door. I had to clean the water before it leaked into the carpet. This happened every time I showered. I also had a stained towel. Other than that, decent service.

    Disappointing

    Pros: Great location. Lots of well lit parking. Front desk hostess tried to rectify an issue with an error message in booking. (We booked a king room and they wanted to give us two queens.)
    Cons: Room was not very clean. So much dust on the headboard. Carpet not vacuumed. Dirty, what appeared to be urine stained towel was folded back in with the clean towels.

    Meh.

    Pros: Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.
    Cons: The bathroom plumbing was messed up. Toilet clogged - and no I did not take a massive dump to clog it. Then I had to unclog it myself which it is what it is but would’ve been nice if staff offered to have maintenance take care of it. Plumbing in the sink was broken. Every time you turn the faucet on the sink would begin to back up. Very gross. The room was not a smoker room but you could smell it was a smoker room at one point. Smelled very bad. Recommend ripping out the carpet and doing a deep clean. Wifi was slow but worked.
