Pros: The breakfast that was available was ok. I am glad they start breakfast at 630 on the weekends now bc we had to be out and on the road by 7.

Cons: The women I believe her name was deepi she was on facetime the whole time we were trying to have breakfast. She was more worried about her call then doing her job. Half of the breakfast wasnt out and ready because she was on the phone.

Cons: The TV stand and bed stand were falling apart. I made sure to tell the front desk so that I wasn't blamed for it. When I went to take shower, there was long hair in the shower, making it obvious that it wasn't cleaned well, if at all.

Filthy Dirty, Grimy! The cleaning...

Pros: Location was fine! No food Monday morning. Ran out before 8:15am. Moldy fruit on display, along with very ripe bananas. When I say no food. White egg omelet, sausage and scrambled egg serving trays empty. I picked up one of 3 coffee cups, no butter for toast. No milk for cereal. Bread and English muffins were wrapped, but wet? Not sure if they were frozen and defrosted wrong, but wet. Yuk!

Cons: My room was grimy dirty. I arrived Thursday and I greatly appreciate that my elderly mother were able to check-in 30 minutes early and our oops were next to each other. I also appreciate that someone from the hotel staff called earlier and explained that our room would not be ready until 4 pm. With that said, Thursday evening I saw the condition of the room and wiped out the refrigerator, dusted the desk and air conditioner. When I opened the microwave, it was filthy. Outside was full of dirty hand prints. I wiped that out as well. The shower curtain had filthy hand prints on it and a pink ring around the drain. A hair ball was in the sink drain, the mirror was 100% smudged, as if someone fogged up the mirror and wiped it with a towel. Hairballs and dirt behind the bathroom door, under the sink cabinet, and behind the toilet. Sides of the toilet filthy, as well as the sides of the bathtub. No bar soap, except for the soap dispenser attached to the shower wall and THAT was empty. I am lucky that I had some with me. The switch’s and plugs to the lamp next to the bed was grimy and filthy. So was the night stand and TV remote. My room had two queen beds, one bed was fine, but you could see on the second headboard someone had a wild time with all the interesting hand placements. I think you get the idea. I do have pictures. FRIDAY MORNING I DID ASK THE FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBER TO HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN MY ROOM, I explained why and showed pictures. She was very courteous, apologized, took notes and said that she would have the cleaning staff clean it. That never happened. As I was checking out this morning, I explained to Bob/Robert what I just wrote. He had no interest in seeing the pictures, he said he believed me, and that many of the rooms lamps were rusted. This is beyond rust - This is simply dirty grime for not being cleaned.

Pros: It was closer to my event than driving 1.5 hours home, but it became more not worth it and will be driving every day next year.

Cons: Walls paper thin, had to go buy real toilet paper, weed smoking on the non smoking floor thanks, block party going on the floor I had to wear AirPods to sleep the first night. First night they cleaned my room automatically then I had to “request it” without anyone telling me this beforehand so I had to go get my own towels. Oh, had the Fire Department show up because I took a shower and the steam set off the smoke alarm. Just a bad time. Never again.

They left our wet dirty twoels fro 3 days even though we asked them nicely to get clean ones and take our dirty ones they made our bed once in a six day stay. terrible service not clean run down.

Cons: carpet dirty in the hall ways the whole place smelled the room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room the hold time they where there we where so tired that we stayed just the one night I had booked a whole week but we couldnt stay with the smoke smell I did let the clerk know that the room smelled like smoke and he just hunched his shoulders sad I told him his customer service is bad he just hunched his shoulder again

Pros: the bed was broken. The volume on the TV would not adjust. The air conditioning unit leaked so therefore the carpet was saturated. The bed was unable to be used when I brought it to the attention of the clerk on duty he suggested to my son lay on the side of the bed. That's after he came to the actual room and saw the condition of the bed. I was flabbergasted. Half of the bed was in the air.

Pros: Both the room and the continental breakfast were fine. No issues with either one of those amenities.

Cons: The carpeting in the hallways has seen better days and gives one the impression that the room with be the same. Thank my lucky stars that was not the case. At the time of my stay (in the summer), the pool was closed.

Disappointing breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast inadequate: out of coffee cinnamon rolls, one chafing dish totally empty, no fresh fruit. Cold almost empty scrambled eggs. This was at 8 am
