Cons: Inconsistent cleaning of our room. Not enough staff at Aroma, the only coffee place. We had to wait 30 minutes each morning. $32 resort fee/room/day to use pool and wifi was outrageous. Spa was too expensive to use. Big parking lot but $49 fee too high.

Pros: Honestly, it didn't seem like a 4 star hotel. I wanted to like it really bad since we spent this money for our anniversary, but where there when a youth theater company was there who were screaming and throwing cups of water all over the hotel.
Cons: A lot. I had a question about my charges and called the hotel to answer, and got a very snooty reply. We spent our one year anniversary, and had no opportunity to use the pool or hot tub without the theater teenagers screaming & throwing items.
