Very clean rooms and yummy food

Cons: The water is very hot. Like melt your skin off hot! The restaurant is very expensive and breakfast is not included. Booking .com does not properly describe the rooms. The pool was broken which they claimed was maintenance issue and said pool needed drained bc a kid had an accident. But we seen them just adding chlorine instead. The beds r not comfortable at all. I had lots of shoulder and hip pain and tossed all night bc the beds were so firm. Although there was plenty of pillows and the beds and room was very clean. We loved the full size bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion that was in the room! The rooms were also pretty quiet. Overall would probably stay again if we upgraded to a room with softer beds!

Pros: The hotel was very clean and easy to navigate. It was spacious, and it has a luxurious feel. The shampoo, conditioner, and the body lotion smelled amazing! It was a minty scent.

Better attention needs to be paid to the rooms used by third party booking sites.

Pros: Location. Property in close proximity to the places we went. Pet Friendly.

Cons: The location of the room in the hotel was not the greatest. The room was on the same floor with a banquet hall the floor was rather busy and loud. This is the downside to booking reservations through third party sites. The hotel reserves the better rooms for themselves. Which was very evident because the heat was not working in the room. The filter in the heater probably has not been changed in months it was caked with dust and dirt and its obvious the heater has not been serviced either. We called down to the desk for assistance and the person from the front desk came up and flipped off/on a switch on the heater and said that should fix the problem while Im looking at this disgusting filter that has not been changed and he thought the problem would be fixed by flipping the switch off and on. The gentleman from the front desk also instructed us to flip the switch as well if it does not work after he tried it. Needless to say that did not fix the problem. And since it was after hours there was no one on the property from maintenance. I did not expect the front desk person to fix the problem because he is not part of the maintenance staff. But what he could have done was offer another room and that did not happen. I personally feel like I should be refunded a nights stay.

Pros: The location, the complimentary shuttle service, the restaurant and the customer service from everyone we dealt with were all top notch!

Cons: No complaints.
