Horribly unprofessional, dirty

Pros: The old man making coffee every day was very friendly

Cons: There was green mould comming out of the AC. Super loud rooms due to old windows. Gym hat water damange. Did not provide an invoice with my name on it. Extremely unfriendly staff. Not even a water boiler in the room.

Cons: I booked this hotel because it was 5 stars. Weeks after my reservation they changed it to 4. Logically. The hotel is not bad but it is not a 5*. From checkin to checkout no one said a single word to me. Not even the good mornings. The last day I had $51 and I wasn't going to tip the baggage service $50, so I gave him $1 and he very rudely gave it back to me. He took the bill and saw it and gave it back to me. Cleaning staff a 10, reception, luggage and cafeteria staff a 1. Nobody speaks Spanish, these people should be prohibited from working in hotels.

Pros: clean

Cons: Air conditioner problems, internet problems that we could not even watch a movie or TV without buffering. Not worth the price, no amenities, however bellman was fantastic. Front desk at checkout making poor excuses for TV problems- we were not told at check-in about the internet streaming delays they were experiencing. Air conditioner was due to furniture placed against the room return. My husband did figure it out around midnight finally. The front desk was only focused on why we did not call down at midnight- Seriously?? We were trying to get rest, not wanting it wait for visitors/services in the middle of night. Forgot to charge our parking upon arrival so when checking out was charged more then, wish at check-in we were told. We were not allowed to use the suitcase caddy to load our stuff unless the bellman assists- of course would be looking for a tip. The room had a charge of $300+, so one would feel that coffee would be available in the morning w/o charge, but nope. Offered breakfast option for $35 pp the next morning on website but not mentioned at check-in or out. But found a wonderful place for breakfast on our own for less than $50 for two. We are IHG members but never asked so I will have to go on the IHG website to add our stay to get our points. Hopefully someone can address these displeasure that made our stay much less than rememberable with the exception of where we will no stay again.. This was NOT our first time visiting NYC time Square but will be our first, last and only time at this hotel.

Pros: Great location, good sized room and friendly service.

Great stay in a great...

Pros: Location is great to get to all the major tourist attractions including walking distance to many and only 1-2 blocks from all the major subway lines. Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was overall pretty friendly.

Cons: Only bad thing I experienced was poor water pressure in the shower most mornings and the bathroom itself was a bit small.

Pros: We have enjoyed our stay, free coffee in the morning and wine in the evening a big bonus. Also we had a great help from staff to organise a car for us. Just perfect

Excellent hotel in central NY

Pros: The decor and level of cleanliness, big and quiet family rooms. Fabulous lobby area. Free wine 5-6 a lovely touch. On a busy street but very central to many attractions.

Cons: One receptionist wasn't so friendly. No breakfast or restaurant. But overall it's a fabulous hotel so no complaints.

Pros: The hotel was very nice - very clean, newly refurbished, lovely decor. The hotel has a very nice coffee hatch in the lobby that serves complementary tea and coffee, and also croissants juices breakfast sandwhiches etc. Also got food tokens for Carnegie diner just up the street which offers very good cooked breakfast. The hotel has a very nice happy hour from 5-6, with complementary wine (which was good quality) and also live music on one of the two nights we went there Location was great - close to many attractions and also very close to many subway lines

Cons: Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier
