Won’t come here again .

Pros: I stayed here before, 2 years ago and we loved it therefore we booked again.the day shift staff was super nice and made feel welcomed . The night shift person was hardly ever at the front desk. Had to wait 25 min to get sacks and quarters for the laundry room.

Cons: Rooms floors weren’t cleaned.

Cons: The beds were totally disheveled in the room leading me to believe they weren’t really clean—and definitely not pressed. One bed was on a too small bed frame that was literally just metal—COMPLETELY different from the other wooden bed frame. Mattress was hanging off so much so that if you sat on the end foot of it you would fall off or flip the mattress. No extra linens or pillow in the closet as Ian had said there would be. And then let’s talk about Ian. I went to the front desk to ask if there may be an available room to switch to (keep in mind I hadn’t even told him why yet) and he immediately got frustrated and told me “No. We are completely full there is nothing I can do”. Ok I get that, totally out of his control. But the attitude?! Give me a break. He proceeds to LOUDLY sigh and roll his eyes at me while the whole while I’m being polite. Tells me there are extra pillows and linens in the closet which I was unsure how that would help…and was false. He didn’t even attempt to remedy the situation or apologize and when asked if we did something to upset him he just said “It’s not you”. Ooookay. Great customer service and facilities, Hilton Garden Inn, clearly. To top it off, we had used TP rolls folded carelessly and a tub drain that was so clogged that I was completely finished getting dressed and ready after my shower and the tub had STILL not drained all the way. I will be posting reviews on other platforms—which I NEVER do unless they are positive. After working in hospitality and custom service for the past 16 years, I was appalled.

We stayed here this spring,...

Pros: Check in service was great! Front desk supervisor was supportive during our stay. We felt assured seeing familiar face after long day of driving. Snacks and Dining room near reception area appear inviting and tempting!

Cons: Pool and Hot tub/Jacuzzi were out of service during our stay. While the weather was cold, we like the option of being able to use all services usually offered. Elevator was littered with outdoor debris but understandable due to recent cold/wet weather and short staffing.

Pros: On route for my trip. Close to restaurants.

Cons: Guests were noisy. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people late at night.
