Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great and pleasant. They always greeted me with a smile and the respect they showed us as guest was first class. Excellent customer service and hotel.

Cons: There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like. The traffic light sequence leaving and coming to the hotel sucked. It created unneccesary traffic, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Pros: Good afternoon, I had to make due with accomadation, my checkin wasn't welcoming at all, I had 2 events and had to make due, First and foremost There was not a balcony as stated, I'm not sure if it's Booking.com and the young lady was saying to different things, about switching us to the assistance property, none of it never happen, also at the time of check in they would still charge my card Because it was pass the time to reservation check in time, The check in lady looks like she wasn't having a goid weekend, so no need for that, The friends we came in with left for another property, beds. not clean, also staying there people was checking in coming back with issues, and leave for other hotels, I had to stay here due to someone dropping the ball,If I want on on with the young lady who check us in, we would have been arguing, and I really don't have time for that, It would have created more of a scene, but please Refund Me. I'm not sure if it was 3rd party Booking.com are they young lady that check us in, The rooms are not clean crumb on the floors,, smells like water mildew, one of the beds look used, you see house keeping ,I NEES A FULL REFUND, I'm not sure if they don't have enough staff,are was expecting much vistors, but water keep coming out on the floor on the bathroom, flap coming off in the shower, toilet extremely low, no bags for trash cans, no microwave, pool was filthy, I NEED A FULL REFUND This is not a bad hotel,but as for my it being a home away from, it was not and it wasn't pleasant. most of the stuff triedthere best I guess, This is my review...hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, all we need is a Little more kindness and compassion and this could have gone a different way......

Cons: I was deceived by this app in believing they had balconies. They didn't even have windows that open. For the price they wanted me to pay, I went somewhere else that was cheaper and bigger... will NEVER come here again.

Cons: The roomI I stayed the lights were very dim. The bathroom wasn’t clean! The bathroom floor was dirty and the tub was filthy. I called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send someone to look at it but no one showed up. I called front desk again only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes!or more,I said forget it! and hung up. I took pictures of the filthy bathroom in room 315!!!!

Cons: There was no water to purchase. We arrived late in the night and they didn't even pick up the call to have the airport shuttle come to pick us up. We had to order an Uber.The staff was rude and arrogant. The first room they gave, the flush was not working

Pros: When I was done dealing with the person who checked me in! And finally in my room after a hour later then check in time . The hot water was great. The server in the breakfast area was friendly

Cons: The second shift lady needs to learn how to speak to guest! And learn also learn which rooms have what things in them by room type. Ac was loud.

Pros: The location was nice it was close to the highway and stores that were convenient for buying things.

Cons: About half of the staff were very pleasant but the other half were not welcoming during my stay. Also my room was a big out dated the bathroom was old and around the toilet it was dirty. My phone in my room did not work so I had to use my cell phone.
