AWESOME oh and lets not forget the room felt personalized my name was on the tv screenHOW COOL. The staff was more than accommodating that day front desk, the concierge service, the food service engineers everyone was awesome.

Cons: The walls are paper thin. We heard the couple next door all night long followed by their TV. The room was very musty smelling we opened the window to air it out. The AC fan was super super loud it felt we were in a factory room.

Pros: Room and bathroom were sparkeling clean. Very up to date. Staff was very attentive.

Cons: Restaurant was not a good experience. Most of it was closed and we had to sit in a noisy bar area. Lobby sign advertised a great steak restaurant, which it was not. The staff there was kind and understanding.

Pros: Bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the smell of smoking never dissipated.

Cons: We asked for a room away from elevator and ice machines - it was right around the corner of it. They did switch us but that too also smelled like smoke. The one light kept going in and out. It was supposed to be non smoking yet the room smelled like smoke. When we tried ordering room service for breakfast the next day the phone was dead so we had to get the front desk to order it because when they transferred us by our mobile no one would answer. We ordered crabmeat and it was mostly filling, did not taste fresh at all. There was clearly weeks worth of ongoing construction right outside of it and we of course were not alerted to the noise when we booked. The parking was supposed to be free - it WAS NOT. The garage parking was horrible, terrifically SMALL. hard to navigate with all the conflicting enter/exit/don't enter signs - really horrible set up. Not easy navigate AT All. We were suppose to get a $50 credit frokm booking online and did not. Trying to call this hotel and speak with someone live is a nightmare for which people who have a life, don't have time to wait and call five separate times in order to get connected. Absoluely NEVER again would I stay at any of these hotels. The customer service and navigating that is horrible. God for bid you need something addressed. I recommend you do no leave without going over every single line of you bill because if you call them, there is NO DIRECT LINE.

Pros: The front desk staff was so kind. There was a lady working Saturday night when I checked in and Sunday when I left she was patient and kind.

Cons: The room smelled like mold. I am not sure if it was because of the rain that day but the smell was bad. Also I called service desk and requested another comforter and they said absolutely I waited 40 mins no one came. I never got the comforter.

Cons: The security was basically harassing us while outside smoking our cigars maybe he thought we were smoking something else but the older gentleman made my wife feel very uncomfortable to the point she wanted to stay another day so we just went to another hotel.

Well located for Orange Metro line makes it borderline cheaper for visiting DC
