Cons: Very difficult to find. Online Map location not correct. No one at the desk. Had to call to get someone to come to check in.

Pros: For the price is a quiet and clean place. Everything works.

Pros: There weren't many people there so it was quiet.

Cons: was infested with ants to the point where I had to put the blanket on the floor in the bathroom just so I wouldn't have to step on them getting ouch of the shower. No ice, vending machines broken. Don't stay. Front desk tried overcharge me $10 late check

Cons: No toilet paper; tried to contact the desk- no answer, and was in a hurry for an event. Upon return to the hotel, after midnight, an Employee had to wander the hotel to find some. The rooms need work; many stains, the smell is apparent.

Would never recommend or stay there again

Pros: Ice machine.

Cons: Rooms were all horrible. Had to go down 3 times after checking in at 11pm. The rooms all had messed up bathrooms that doors wouldnt close. We were given adjoining rooms after asking again. The problem with that is the room had boot curtain, no hot water, and the toilet didnt flush. I went down stairs again to tell the woman. She said ok Ill deal with it. Next morning I tell the guy at the desk, same story. Get back from Mohegan (we had a basketball tournament) and its still not fixed. Now the woman downstairs saying oh well I told the kids and you all decided to still take that room, thing is that room was the original one we were given. I can change your room but it wont be adjoining. It was a mess. No elevator either. Also breakfast Saturday morning was just watered down juice when it was advertised as much, much more. Sunday morning I went to check and they covered the signs with a paper like the website doesnt say continental breakfast. All around horrible experience. Fridge in rooms barely worked either. Kept food just under room temp. Had to throw all the sandwich meat out.

Pros: location and price although the casino was 11 miles away

Cons: it smelled a little, beds were a bit hard, pool was green, never even met the staff

Pros: To be honest, the parking and the tucked away location. The bathroom was clean however had spiders all over.

Cons: The linens were dirty, the room looked old and not clean. The pool was dirty and no one available to clean it or help. The television and channels not modernized.

It met my needs and expectations and staff were great.

Pros: The price was perfect and the Hotel was as expected for price. All the staff encountered were helpful and very courteous. Hold on to the lady at the desk as she is definitely an asset!

Cons: The pool was very nice to have. Grand kids really liked it. I would suggest hiring a service to keep it up for you. It can be a more valuable piece of the property.

Pros: Missing a sheet. Phones in room not connected. Tv remote didnt work. It staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Free coffee was hard to find but available. We got a lot of laughs due to these situations.

Cons: I know the cost can vary but in the summertime it is tricky when prices skyrise so I look forward to coming again in the fall and hopefully the price will be a little less
