    Cons: The only thing is, l would love to have a walk in beach and not a retaining wall. Still, l will definitely go back.

    Pros: From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.
    Cons: Little more update on brochure information, and a little more signage on the grounds. I got turned around, lol The ground transportation is limited - work with the Lomas limo service for your stay

    Pros: The entertainment staff were great. The other guests were awesome.
    Cons: The food sometimes didn't have everything that was listed on the menu. Additionally, the way items were presented changed day to day. For example the yogurt came prepared with granola and honey the first next, the next day we had to prepare it. The temperature of the water in the room was hard to get right. The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill up. Also our window was missing a screen and was not fully closed so mosquitoes were in our room.

    Pros: Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, beautiful grounds, excellent Covid precautions and protocols.
    Cons: Not the hotels fault, but the sargassum moss was thick in the sea, so you could not swim. Staff worked hard to minimize the problem by cleaning beaches and catching moss in nets in the sea, but Mother Nature won out.
