    Disappointing

    New owners need lessons on...

    Pros: Location.
    Cons: Had to ask for towels; but found out there were no wash cloths! Discvered this when I went in bathroom to try to take a shower. Sign says no service between 5 p.m.and 11 pm. Could not wash self! Needed another pillow because I kept bumping my head on headboard. Television: remote control volume did not work at all. Called front desk and staff came and had no idea how to fix the volume issue. Had to turn TV off because the multi button was faulty as well. Woke up sun glaring in eyes because a curtain needed to cover entire window.

    It worked.

    Pros: I liked having a parking spot in front of the room. The mattress was decently comfortable. There was running water and a toilet. There was a good luck dirty sock under my bed. The room smelled of bleach.
    Cons: Most things were damaged in some way, ragged, poorly repaired or seemingly dirty. The room smelled so intensely of bleach that it almost stung the nostrils. There was a dirty sock under the bed. The towel rack was half hanging out of the wall and was somewhat broken. Graffiti in the bed’s head board. A wonky fridge. Room 112 - perhaps on its way to being renovated as the room number outside was a piece of cardboard taped to the wall.

    Pros: Nothing is worth mentioning about liking this place and the experience.
    Cons: The worst hotel I've ever booked with. We booked 2 rooms for two nights, but unfortunately we ended up only staying for one night due to the unexceptional conditions. One of the rooms had blood spots on the wall, door, towel, and lamp. Not only that there was BED BUGS... the other room had moldy window seals and shower handle. The bed sheets/towels were not fully clean. We didn't stay in our rooms and opted in sleeping in our cars because there was no way we would want to sleep in those beds. The person in the office was no help she told us at different times she was and wasn’t the manager.

    Very affordable motel and if I'm in the area in the future, I might stay there again

    Pros: For the event we were attending, the location was good. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants close by, everything priced within our limited budgets - it was all very affordable. I really appreciated the upgrades to the motel, too. Newly tiled shower, new fittings in the bathroom, nice flat screen, WiFi that was more reliable than some of the big hotels I've been in. I would stay here again.
    Cons: My room smelled a bit like weed when I first got there, but I used the A/C fan and got rid of that. Also, there was a car lot nearby that had a loudspeaker telling people who trespassed they were on CCTV (or something like that) and to leave the premises. That was at night and a bit loud. It was annoying, but I was so wiped out from the event that I slept through it anyway.
