    A high disappointment

    Pros: Only the location - near to Hanken and I had some business there so that's why I booked this hotel as well. Just 3-4 mins of walk. It's also near to city center and port. Also, the flexible timing for having a breakfast bag for eating for fast.
    Cons: Everything which a 4-star hotel offers. I have been to 4-star hotels in many countries but I think this was the worst 4-star hotel. Paying a little more than most of the 4-star hotels and still they don't even provide you basic toiletries? I was thinking, if it's a 4-star really? It's not the location, it's not the interior. nothing else! facilities make a hotel 4-star. Highly disappointed with everything. Glasses I had in my room weren't clean enough. They don't have sleepers even! We book a nice hotel because we just want to take our clothes and feel like home and have a comfortable nice trip.

    Pros: The breakfast was great, with a very wide choice and the location of the hotel was great, quiet but less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the city centre.
    Cons: Nothing.

    Simple, easy, relaxing

    Pros: The staff was really exceptionally friendly and breakfast really great and varied. The sauna was clean, hot and available also in the morning - really lovely experience.
    Cons: The AC ventilator in the room made so much noise I had to turn it off and there was quite a bit of dust in the room :(

    Pros: The room is newly renovated , I was upgraded to a double room . A double beded n large space to move around. It was excellent. Location is good too. Breakfast is excellent too, plenty of choices.
