    Pros: The staff was beyond kind and helpful! They were the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.
    Cons: The cleanliness was not amazing. The comforter on the bed had several stains and the pillow on my bed had a blood like stain on it.

    Pros: Price was ok.
    Cons: Bathroom tiles had huge gaps from missing grout, anytime floor was mopped water had to go between and under tiles, raising questions about possible mold intrusion. Fitness center was worst ever, elliptical was wobbly and gait was uneven, very dangerous.

    Pros: Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and the expanded vending options off the lobby were a nice surprise.
    Cons: It wasn't that clean in the side entrance and stairwell and there were broken fixtures and missing and dirty kitchenware in the room. The water pressure was also very weak.

    Pros: The room was more of a suite and had a kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer. The morning breakfast was prepared individually for each person, rather than a buffet setup. The food was much fresher than most hotels at this level. Very comfortable.

    Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed more towels or supplies, they were given to us without any problems. The internet service was great with no problems getting access or staying connected. The hotel offers free breakfast.
    Cons: The room wasn't real clean & needed updating. The shower rod was rusted and the toilet seat was loose. After housekeeping replaced our towels & supplies the day we were gone, we had to ask for a bath mat, coffee and coffee cups which were not replaced.

    Pros: The room was very spacious and you has a great breakfast
    Cons: The only thing that I would need some work on was cleaning. There was black on the top of shower walls. Burnt and dirty drip pans on stove and build up dirt in the windows

    Pros: The staff was super friendly and they even have a little store in the main lobby thats not over priced. It has snacks, beverages, and even some essential products in case you forgot to pack any (toothpaste, razors, etc)
