Pros: Bed was clean and it was a VERY soft memory foam that left us all sore and limping when we woke up. I never imagined a bed being too soft but these were. And I hate to say that too.

Cons: Dirty. Carpet was dirty. Tables in room were all sticky from drink rings and candy from previous guests. Floors in room felt oily and were dirty. AC return in bedroom dripped water all night splashing up on the side of the bed and ran across the floor over night so we woke up to a nice wet cold floor. Its not their fault but I wish it was listed on the add that the pool is destroyed. There is no pool. The entire outside where everything is outback is fenced off and full of weeds and debris from the last storm a few weeks or month or so ago. The tiki bar signs point to no tiki bar. Its on the other side of the hotel and its just an old ran down bar. No karaoke just a local band and a couple locals drinking cheap beers. One exit door trying to find the beach opened up to a huge pile of sand and a fence and weeds making the exit impossible to go out of. I hope theres no fire! One other emergency exit door was propped open by a rock. Only one way in and out of the building so it is a lot of walking. To get to the beach you have to walk out the only exit out front and walk around the building to a side public beach access road and wait on vehicles and heavy machinery to pass to walk down. They had men installing fiber optics that started loud drilling at 6am on a Sunday morning. The door to the room wouldnt shut and lock without opening and shutting a few times. There were huge gaps around the door. The patio door creaked very loud. Only one elevator worked and it was janky and jerked bad. They have people that live there apparently year round and they arent the cleanest by no means. All night the young adults below us had loud music and smoked so much marijuana we smelled it all night too. Hairs in the tub. No luggage carts. They had a few but none available the entire stay. It was all around just nasty. Gah too much to list. I shouldve took pictures but I was so mad I didnt I just wanted to leave.

Cons: So, I was unaware that pools were closed. Couldn't even sit outside by the pool. The reason I was unaware was because Booking.com didn't have the information until the day after I could cancel for free. It was then posted in red letters, now that I'm home and looking at post, it's gone! I actually went to the property and policies, which I usually scan them over before I book, and I'm pretty sure it had nothing saying pools and tiki bar were closed. So for that I'm not very happy. It was also my birthday. I should receive a night when the pools are done, and you can actually see the ocean from the balcony or half-price with a different location. The county is trying to get seawall back up, so who knows how long it will be. Come on, Booking.com.
