Pros: i like the hotel staff, lobby & the location is pretty decent (not exactly central), but the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame are not too far from the hotel. Public transportation is also 3 minutes walking

Cons: unfortunately, the room they gave us was extremely small for 2 people - maybe for 1 person that would've been a great size, but not for 2 people.

Pros: The receptionist was incredibly nice. Everyone was so responsive to our needs and they went way beyond our expectations on how good they are prepared for parents travelling with babies. They had bottle warmers, shower seats, games and much more already prepared in the rooms.

Pros: The interior of the hotel made a pleasant impression. The staff at the registration desk were also good. I liked the hotel rooms.

Cons: The woman who worked in the hotel restaurant was not kind. He looked at people's food. This caused anxiety in the person. He kicked out one of our children because you have already eaten. However, the child had gone to the restaurant and returned without eating anything. It would be great if you could fix this problem. Because the unpleasant behavior of individuals has a negative impact on the overall image of the hotel.
