    Pros: Location was great, staff was very polite and lovely and the bed was comfy. For a short stay in Paris its the perfect option
    Cons: The breakfast area is in the lobby. Elevator did not work (they offered to take our bags upstairs). The bathroom was not clean. The carpet on the floor was definetly not clean. We had shoes on the whole time while there. The plug-ins for our electronics barely worked. Although in the center of Paris, the room was really small. Pictures on booking .com are quite deceiving.

    Pros: Good location but super small room and hotel.
    Cons: We were offered an early breakfast because we would leave to the airport, but when we arrived at the breakfast there was none, the guy who didn’t speak any English said that the coffee would open at 7.30am.

    Pros: Amazing staff, fantastic location, delicious free coffee, cookies and madelines in the afternoon,
    Cons: Rooms are small. For us, it was no issue as we didn't have much luggage. If you have a big suitcase, you will be playing jenga.

    Pros: Wonderful small hotel in an excellent location tucked away from traffic and noise. Lovely attentive staff, thank you Phillipe and team. It was very helpful to have a taxi pre booked by Phillipe to collect me after a long haul flight and very early morning arrival. My room was cosy and comfortable. Lots of cafes and bistrots close by. A sweet lounging area to take breakfast which had lots of choice.
    Cons: I couldn’t fault anything.

    Pros: Superb location, in proximity to the Place des Vosges and the Marais. Zillion things to see and do within walking distance.
    Cons: The mattresses were uncomfortable, felt they were overused. The carpeting was old and dirty.

    Great location but some facility...

    Pros: Great location! Refreshment station in the lobby was fantastic. Staff were all very lovely.
    Cons: The lift was scary and at times would not work properly. If lift was not working stairs were the only option. Had multiple problems with the toilet in our hotel room.

    A delightful home from home...

    Pros: Lovely friendly staff, breakfasts were excellent, location was excellent close to 3 Metro stations and many buses with cafes and restaurants all around.
    Cons: The lift was a little unsteady but staff helped with luggage transfers up and down. Plumbing was a little problematic but was quickly sorted.

    Pros: Very good. I enjoyed the muesli and fresh fruit every day. I also had the toast, the baguette and croissants at least once each over our 6 days., the tea and coffee available all day was very welcome.
    Cons: Perhaps the plumbing. We had a couple of issues, but they were fixed quickly.
