    Wonderful! Beautiful propery. 10/10

    Pros: Stunning propery & location cannot be beat! Gorgeous path down to beach access gives you best of both worlds - views of Hanalei Bay from the cliff, but also beach access. Walked down to the one hotel from our place and could enjoy their bar as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat

    Lovely place, great for family! Beds could be softer.

    Pros: The pool, onsite restaurant, shuttle to the beach, staff and beach equipment was all excellent!
    Cons: The beds were like sleeping on rocks. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

    Amazing vacation with beautiful accommodations!

    Pros: Room was in a fabulous location overlooking the pool with a view of Hanalei Bay in the distance. Loved having 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms.
    Cons: Internet connection could have been faster.

    I will stay at a different resort next year unless these issues are addressed.

    Pros: Salt water pool, Koi pond, Happy Talk Lounge.
    Cons: There is no place to get breakfast or lunch! Also there should be a washer and dryer in each unit for the price. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly and they refused to change our sheets after 5 days and refused again after 6 days! They said we would get a mini cleaning but all the maid did was remove the towels and take our trash!

    Pros: Great location. Condo was well appointed and grounds were nice.
    Cons: Key locks didnt work on multiple occasions. Restaurant closed, no place to buy incidentals or snacks other than vending machines.

    The resort has huge potential to be much better. Improve quality of food, open up pool cabana.

    Pros: Location is excellent
    Cons: 1. Quality of food at the bar is poor 2. Wait time for the ride (by cart) to and from the beach sometimes was excessive (25 minutes once) 3. Cabana with pool towels was closed, had to go up to reception to exchange wet for dry ones. 4. There was no room service during our entire stay (6 nights) - which is ok , we did not really need it, but I wish we were told upfront that there will not be room cleaning service. 5. Pool is too shallow (only 3 feet deep) 6. Price is too expensive for the level of service/quality of facilities
