    Beautiful Hacienda close to Chichn Itza.

    Pros: Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
    Cons: It would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water in the room although the complimentary coffee was delicious.

    Very pleasant stay in a great location for Chichen Itza

    Pros: Very impressive Hacienda building with comfortable porch for relaxing and pleasant pool/common areas. The bedrooms are set around the garden or pool and very spacious. Good bathrooms too. The breakfast was good although perhaps a bit expensive. We ate dinner here one night and it was a nice experience even if the food wasn't outstanding I'd recommend it for the atmosphere and service. Good cocktails too! Pool area nice. Very well located for Chichen Itza (5min drive)

    It was absolutely fantastic!

    Pros: The location was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was a real Mexican Hacienda and very quiet. The hotel was very big but not many hotel rooms. Most of it was nature. It was very relaxing!

    Beautiful hacienda, I wish I could have stayed longer.

    Pros: I loved everything about this place. The location is beautiful and close to Chichn Itz. We arrived and the staff greeted us and showed us to our room. We felt that we were in the middle of the jungle. We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious! Especially the dessert! After, we went to the pool and listened to the toads and insects and the staff came to ask if we wanted any drinks. There werent many guests that night so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I was impressed with this place and will be coming back to stay more than one night.
    Cons: I cant think of anything. I loved every bit of this place.

    This place is full of peace and connection to nature. It has a lovely history connected to the ruins

    Pros: we loved this eco resort. It blends so beautifully with nature. The pool is clean and beautiful, the service was exceptional. This spa resort offers a tremendous sense of peace and wellbeing. I highly recommend it.
    Cons: In all honesty, there wasnt anything that I can think of that could be better. The place is outstanding. We walked all around the property and loved every bit of it.

    Pros: We loved the scenery, the peace and the food
    Cons: We didnt have warm water in the room and even when we complained several times, we were never able to have a warm shower. On night we didnt have water at all.

    Pros: Beautiful grounds. Polite service.
    Cons: Greedy. They use their own conversion rate $ to peso. They charged us for bottled water we found in the room. They demanded payment for food before bringing it out. We figured out why when they brought the food out: almost inedible. Find alternatives.
