    Good Location but everything else...

    Pros: The location is fantastic. Walking distance to major tourist attractions like darling harbor, opera house, sydney eye, and all the major markets.
    Cons: Washroom was terrible, very small and suffocating. Even the quality of water in the shower was not upto standards.

    Great location

    Pros: Great location. Very close to railway station and on tram line but never heard them. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty storage space, great air conditioning and a really powerful shower. A 30 minute walk or 5 minutes on tram to Circulay Quay, the main hub for all ferry services.
    Cons: I was enjoying my pint in the fenced off area for the bar associated with the hotel until they allowed smoking at which point I was forced to move inside. As far as I am aware that area, whilst being outside, is a public area and smoking should not be allowed at any time.

    Great location

    Pros: Very close to central train station (couple of minutes away). Also close to china town and darling harbour. Easy check in and out and also to leave bags on the day of check out. Good pub on ground floor with happy hour prices.
    Cons: Downstairs/lobby has retained the vintage look of the hotel. Unfortunately the rooms don’t follow suit and are pretty generic.

    Superb

    Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a quad room which was spotless, location was central and my partner was very happy to have a beer for breakfast in the Pokie area and to top it off he won $482.00. We were 20 mins late for check out but staff were absolutely fine with it. So nice!
