Kind of disappointed

Pros: The room was big as well as clean.

Cons: Upon checking in I had called 2 days before leaving to ask about early check in because I was arriving early. I was told I wasn't going to be charged because the room was already available and I told her I really couldn't afford another charge. The day of I called again to make sure I heard correctly and was again told the same thing. Upon arrival I spoke with check in person on the robot like device and he charged me 100 fee which he said would be given back after stay and 60 for early check in when I told him I already spoke to 2 people prior who said this wasn't going to happen. He disagreed and said he spoke to manager who told him to charge me. I'm very unhappy about this and when I wanted to go speak with a person about this there was no front desk staff the entire stay. The other staff didn't speak English for me to try and communicate my issue. Also there was a broken plug cover which was entirely off the wall upon arrival of the room. (Took a picture immediately so it wasn't blamed on our stay) could have been a hazard for sure since one of the lamps were plugged in and it was exposed.

Pros: The location was good and overall the facility was clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff person who worked in the kitchen//dining area was wonderful.

Cons: The bed was comfortable but the blankets were not. The blankets were rough and scratchy. The decor of the rooms needs some updating. The color scheme was dull and depressing . I also was not crazy about the virtual check-in and no on premises staff available at the desk.

Great stay

Pros: Clean room, easy access to I -75, great breakfast.

Cons: I DID NOT LIKE THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT . HE WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL . HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER FOR A CAB . THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK AND I TOLD HIM AND HE SAID I DID NOT PAY FOR A ROOM WITH A PHONE

Pros: Everything was clean

Cons: Did not like you not having a live real in-person check in agent at the counter. Also called the operator twice to tell them that my room was not cleaned one day and the person who answered either couldn’t hear me or couldn’t understand me and I had to give up.

Indifferent, lack of personal contact, other than the woman at morning breakfast.

Pros: The food selection was good. The best part of the morning was the woman who was serving, she was special!
