Cons: No one came to clean the room; the TV was missing a channel from the guide; 2 of the food areas were closed; only one non-Tesla charging station; our room was next to the elevator (loud)

Overall it was very relaxing...

Pros: I love my room in the towers is was comfortable an enough space.

Cons: Microwave’s could have been better it was unusual not seeing a microwave in a room.

Pros: The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The pool area was nice for the grandkids.

Cons: Several of the restaurants were closed and the one on the top of the tower was extremely expensive. $80 for a 8oz filet. The one that was open was Jack's Taproom. They were severely understaffed and it took a long time for service. We were patient but over 2 hours to receive your food was excessive especially since we basically watched one bartender handle the entire establishment while what seemed to be a manager stood at a register and 2 other employees actually sat on the ice bin in the bar and talked. When we inquired about our food to the "manager" he snapped at us and said "the kitchen is backed-up" no "I'm sorry or I apologize for the wait" he was just a total jerk and then laughed at us. My husband ordered the salmon and while the fish itself was good the "wild" rice that came with it was completely black. We were a party of 9 but ordered pizza for the kids in our party way ahead of time so they could eat first. The pizza was dripping in grease. Besides the kids we expected our food to be served together but that was not the case. It came out a little at a time. My daughters and her boyfriends were last and the rest of our party actually left the restaurant before they received their food. When they did receive it, it was not edible, completely burnt!! We had already paid the bill which was almost $300 for a pizza and 5 entrees (some of which were only appetizers)! Had we still been present when my daughters food was brought out we would have demanded that it be removed from the bill. We did however tip our server well because the poor girl was running ragged with no help. Overall one of the poorest experiences I have ever had in what is considered to be a high end resort hotel.

Pros: From the outside and the first walk into the building is beautiful.

Cons: The room had a musty unclean smell when we walked in. The bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable. You can hear everything through the walls!

Cons: I have one complaint and it's the ONE hot tub at the pool?! Me and my husband could not enjoy it at all because of one while family mostly kids having it the whole time we swam in pool. We really wanted that heat!!!

It was just okay.

Pros: It was a nice location and great view from some area of the hotel. We were stuck in a corner by the elevator so that blocked quite a bit.

Cons: Staff wasnt friendly at least some of them we interacted with. Our room was in a corner by the elevator so that blocked some of our view in the tower even though we paid for a deluxe king room.
