    It was a pleasant stay.

    Pros: The location of the property is in old Astana. The location is close to indian restaurant. The breakfast spread had decent number of options. The room size was good.
    Cons: The room had a very strange smell. It went away with the room freshener but was back again after some time. The swimming pool water was not clean. The hotel does not have bellboy so we need to move the luggage ourselves.

    Good hotel with helpful personnel

    Pros: Very good hotel, nice and helpful staff, good location, clean room and tasty breakfasts. The ladies from reception helped us to pay the tour agency and advised good restaurants around, really appreciate their help.
    Cons: It is not really in the center, you have to walk half an hour or more to the main sites or to use taxi (it is not expensive)

    Clean hotel with poor bed and bath

    Pros: Breakfast was good. Lobby was good and staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean.
    Cons: Bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Even my back was paining after first night. It needs to be changed. Bath Shower was not giving enough water and also curtain around shower tub was not provided.

    It was lovely! I'll be back!

    Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to a lot of places to eat and walk around.
    Cons: This wasn't the hotel's fault, but the water was turned off by the city for most of the morning on my last day. Having an emergency water supply for cases like this would minimize disruptions for guests.

    Pros: Hotel location was very good and hotel rooms was very clean. Also, staff was very helpful for any question. In addition, I would like to thank you upgrade my room without any fee.

    Pros: Very comfortable and spacious room The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good facilities.
    Cons: There was a fridge in the room which was useful but a mini bar option could have been added also.

    Worth staying - all is good

    Pros: Actually, the hotel is very nice! I had a big Executive 2-zoned room with huge living room and nice cozy bedroom zone. The bed is really comfy, hypoallergenic pillows, which is extremely important for me. Iron and board are inside the room by default, which is also priceless. A/c was working properly and very effectively. Breakfast is nice as well, wide variety of everything.
    Cons: Don't remember the drawbacks actually. Very good and honest hotel.
