Pros: That it was next to the beach.

Cons: It was extremely dirty. The shower heads were rusted. The hallways always smelled like vomit. There would randomly be vomit throughout the hotel on the floors and vomit in the pool. Some staff was extremely rude. Worst food I have ever had in my life.

Cons: Dear Booking.com Readers, Our recent stay at the "Grand Oasis Cancun - All Inclusive" was a disappointment, to say the least. Despite our anticipation for a pleasant experience, we were met with numerous shortcomings. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the poor condition of our room, which was tainted by mold and uncleanliness. This initial impression set the tone for the rest of our stay. Despite having paid a significant amount for the all-inclusive package, we found ourselves unable to enjoy the promised amenities. The requirement for prior reservations at the restaurants, with no option for same-day bookings, left us unable to dine as we had hoped. It was particularly frustrating to discover that availability suddenly opened up for those willing to pay separately, suggesting a lack of fairness in the hotel's policies. Furthermore, our health suffered during our time at the hotel, preventing us from utilizing the facilities we had paid for. This only added to our disappointment. In conclusion, our experience at the "Grand Oasis Cancun - All Inclusive" fell far short of our expectations. Pros: Location. The ocean looks stunning. Its beach is also nice . We were able to enter a Restaurant that require reservation only to find our they upsell food and drinks, if you dont purchase you get no proper service, they mostly ignore you.

Cons: Check in process took 2 hrs. The ocean view was nothing like pictures show. Partial, mostly looking at a building in front of us. Door to balcony was so worn out that could open only with extreme force. Room a/c super noisy and linens and towels stun

Pros: The facility is huge with an enormous swimming pool. The buffet has good and varied food. Theres party every day inside the hotel. It has direct access to the beach. And there are dedicated people to help you book tours.

Cons: If you dont like parties too much, then this is probably not the place for you. Even though the party section is separate from the rest, there are drunk people everywhere. There are hundreds of chairs next to the pool. But getting one is not easy. People just pick one early in the morning and leave their stuff for the entire day even if they wont be there for hours. We couldnt get reservations for the special restaurants in the building since they were fully booked during our entire stay (we asked just after arriving but everything was booked). But the buffet is great anyways

Cons: -our room was smelling like molds, bathroom smells, and drainage takes slow to drain, toilet smells disgusting. -they dont refill water, shampoo, toilet paper not until you order through their site which we just got aware of on our last night -facilities are far from each other, lots of long walks -food from buffets are the same everyday, they just warm it up and add more of it -restaurants reservations are always full -at the arrival, one of their staff ask us to join a presentation that took half of our day in exchange they gave us a voucher saying that we can use it in their spa, tour or their shopping store--only to find out after wanting to shop in their store that we cant use that voucher on tge said store...so we wasted half day of our vacation listening to their membership presentation.

Pros: The hotel has a very convenient location with a beautiful beach, incredible water color, and huge waves. There are safe areas for swimming. The hotel boasts a vast green area where numerous birds roam, including peacocks on our balcony. There's a nearby bus stop for easy access to various places. The extensive territory might be a drawback for some due to the need for considerable walking. The overall dining experience is decent with a variety of choices.

Cons: The room facilities are quite outdated, with uncomfortable beds and pillows. Room cleaning is subpar. The major downside is the insufficient number of sunbeds both at the beach and by the pool; they are critically limited, requiring early morning rising to secure one if you don't want to end up on the grass.
