Pros: Great location, beautiful hotel. Very nice staff.

Cons: The breakfast is ok but not great. The fitness room is pretty small for the size of the hotel and has been pretty hot the last 2 times we stayed here. The air conditioning is great everywhere in the hotel except there. The treadmill wasnt working this visit. The shower had pink mold in the grout.

Cons: - not the standard of a 4 star hotel - towels were very thin - the hotel is so noisy because there is no window isolation and door either and the room is directly in front of a square. We were woken up by: fireworks twice, parade, trumpet player, church bells twice, bin collection guy and drunk people. - no full height mirror in the room - half of the plugs in the rooms do not work - toilet flush was noisy and leaking - door did not close properly - service was poor and overall the hotel feels run down.
