    Pros: Everything was just amazing, beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, assortment of breakfast food was great
    Cons: Only thing we wished for was some drawers in bedroom especially since there was 3 of us and only 6 coathangers

    Cons: We didn't have hot water one night, and there was low shower pressure

    Pros: The staff was very helpful, allowed us to check in before time and on checkout - kept our bags The service was great all round - from the reception, the bar to the waiters and waitresses The location I great, central to a lot of tourists attractions, it was about 600 meters from the Collosium They had a variety of food for breakfast Service was overall excellent They have all types of pillows and when we asked for extra pillows - options were provided
    Cons: Lack of complementary water in the rooms, charging of alternative options for eggs - so scrambled and boiled was free and I had to pay an extra 5 UERO for my eggs to be fried
