Pros: We took a triple room and it was great. Truly recommend for a family like us with a kid. Place is quiet and cosy. Bed was very comfortable all was njce in the room.

Pros: 2 adults and 2 kids. Honestly, it was really good. Sofa bed is big and good for 2 kids under 10. The shower was brilliant, it was clean, and the double bed was comfortable. I would definitely book again because the price was so good compared to other hotels we checked.

Great option for a stay a bit out of inner city for ok value

Pros: Good connection to inner city. Chic room - seemed bigger that what was originally booked. Loved the water machine option in the lobby.

Cons: We found very visible hair in the bathroom when arrived. Air conditioning was not working.

Awful staff with awful attitude.

Pros: Nice bed and shower was great

Cons: The staff were appalling. The attitude from management and evening cover was horrendous - the 2 guys who covered the day shifts over the weekend however were very nice. I would recommend only staying at this hotel if it is last resort and only a short stay. The hot drinks machine did not have a price list and there were no staff available at reception at 12.30am. We assumed that the hot drinks were free as they were at breakfast, as this was the only thing which didnt have a price list also. A receptionist came out around 15 mins later and spoke to us very rudely explaining that we can only touch things if we ask. We let him know that we assumed it was free and that there was nobody at reception at the time to ask. He then said my partner was aggressive, crazy and to shut his mouth. Once he realised that we started recording his rude attitude towards us and his lies, he immediately stopped and said that he does not want to continue the conversation as he doesnt speak English. This was very convenient, seeing as he had spoken to us in English throughout.

Pros: The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do in Paris, and the staff was really friendly.

Cons: On our second day of staying here, we woke up and did not have any power in the outlets, we only realised it when we were about to go out, that our phones were not charged, we spoke with the person at reception and he did not give us any explanation, but he managed to fix it 20 minutes later. This never happened in any other hotel that we stayed. The heating did not work, but the hotel provided us with an electric heater that helped. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom. Our room did not have a view. It was a few meters away from an office building, so all we could see from our window were offices and people working. There was no privacy. We always had to stay with the curtains closed.
