Cons: Bed is not comfy.. site mentioned double bed. The actual bed is 2 single beds together. It's not good for the back when you choose to sleep in the middle .As the bed moved apart. It's not good for couples. We ended up sleeping on 2 different beds.. They provided 1 bottle of small shampoo/body wash for 2 persons. 1 toilet paper is not even new. Half used

Cons: 1. Voice and noise from the neighbouring rooms are not well shielded. 2. The shower temperature was extremely unstable and can be dangerous. 3. The hotel web page indicates the check-in time is from 2 pm, However, they are not prepared for that. The reception even said that they never announced it. 4. When I booked on the booking.com, there were three price levels in the same room category. The first was the special offer for the 2nd choice of room booking. The 2nd and 3rd differ by 10 euros because the 3rd offers breakfast. I read that 1 and 2 do not offer breakfast, and only 3 do. I therefore selected the 3rd. I however noticed that the confirmation page did not include the sentence "the breakfast is included". I however did not seriously and clicked to confirm. As a result, I paid an additional 14 euros for breakfast. The issues 3 and 4 may be due to the booking.com in the web page. In any case, the reception was not friendly, I had to wait for the check-in additional 1 hour from the time promised by the hotel, the room was not pleasant because of the loud noise, and the temparature-unstable shower.

Pros: This property is located at very good location -Near to saint Lazare metro Station and almost at walking distance from Opera & Lafayette so i had very comfortable stay here for 2 weeks.

Cons: in room they do not provide Tea and hot water kettle which makes it bit uncomfortable if you are morning Tea ,coffee person. But you can always ask for same. I did not because i am ok.

Poor conditions and uncomfortable stay

Cons: My room (310) was right above the subway, so every 5 minutes you could hear the rumble of a train passing by. Wifi connection was horrible, and my phone constantly dropped. It seemed like my room was maybe newly converted to a guest room, as the washroom had no racks for towels, no shower curtain, not even towel hooks on the door. The continental breakfast was decent though, with pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese and meat, and coffee/tea/juice. I was here for a 2 day stay for work, and honestly wish I would've spent the £20 extra on another place down the road. Would not recommend.

Cons: They are not helpful I asked parking place but they informed me with wrong way and I paid an extra parking bill because of them. when I asked them, they explained that the guy was a new and temporary one and he didn't know. :) It was so funny. I didn't spend my time to explain to them but also heating system was not working
