Pros: The property was in a good location. Mosque, convenient store, food, gym is all nearby. The staff were very very friendly.

Cons: The hotel key card kept on deactivating because it was close to my phone and had to go to reception daily to activate it. The pool and gym was closed even on their normal working hours. Had to return back 2 straight days. So I looked for the closest gym and paid to use it. Informed reception about this closure but no effective outcome. The hotel needs a thorough refurbish especially room lock upgrade.

Pros: Nothing, it was booked by mistake the pictures dont match the reality it wasnt clean there were bugs in the room, also room phone was not working meaning if u need anything u have to go down to the reception I arrived late at night and was traveling next day couldnt do much at that time. Also traffic is crazy in deira.

Pros: The location was good. Close to restaurants, shops and metro. Rahul cleaned my room and was very attentive to my requirements.

Cons: The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, maybe a 3 star. The gym is very under equipped. The rooms need maintenance and are not as a 4 star should be. The foyer reeked of cigarettes. The wifi signal is weak in the room and would fluctuate constantly, making it slow. The area around the hotel gets noisy. Rubbish from the street gets collected at around 3am, so there's a lot of banging and noise during this time. There is a constant thumping of music from the nightclub downstairs until the early morning.
